For our Vacancy Exact Application Manager we are looking for a motivated enthusiastic (junior) Exact Application Manager. The Exact Application Manager supports the customer remotely, independently or in a team. The Exact Application Manager also takes care of providing good service to the customers of Qexpertise. Good knowledge of business (administrative) processes and Exact’s applications is an advantage. If you are already an Application Manager or are you graduating in HBO Business IT and Management, we will be happy to talk to you.
As Exact Application Manager you periodically carry out work for our clients. We carry out the remote management of the Exact software for various clients on a contract basis. This can be planned management but also on an incident basis ensure that the software functions smoothly again. Within this position you focus on the Exact Software and the process supporting software of, among others, Orbis, Scan Sys, Sumatra, SQL Server, SRSS Reporting and the various Supplier addons that are in the market. You are involved in the Change process of a client, you participate in the development of customized solutions where you will take on the test role. You can also be deployed to offer support to the implementation team within implementation processes.

- You have a completed HBO /WO education;
- You have up-to-date knowledge in the field of Exact Software or want to invest the necessary time in this to familiarize yourself with the knowledge;
- You have demonstrable work experience with Exact (as a Application Manager) or you want to be trained in this;
- You are able to work independently and organize your work;
- You are able to act as a point of contact for various stakeholders;
- You have excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language.
- You have excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing;
- You have humour, drive, enthusiasm and creativity;
- You act result- and customer-oriented;
- You have good analytical skills;
- You work systematically and are practical;
- You take your responsibility;
