Your task as a Dynamics 365 (CRM) Consultant is to implement the most optimal CRM application for our clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales, marketing and (including project and field) service. With your knowledge of the application, business processes and the industry, you are the sparring partner for the customer (key users up to and including C-level) and you provide organizational and conceptual advice for improving processes and the design of the system.
As a Dynamics 365 (CRM) Consultant you will be part of a project team, consisting of pre-sales, project managers, consultants and developers. At Qexpertise you are deployed in implementation processes of various sizes. This provides a lot of variety and a great diversity of environments. You support and guide implementations from quotation to delivery. You analyze the needs together with the customer by using your acquired knowledge and expertise. You use the latest Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Flow in combination with Field Service to meet customer needs.

- You have a completed (Dutch HBO / WO) education;
- You have up-to-date knowledge in the field of Microsoft Dynamics 365;
- You have at least 3 years of demonstrable work experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the role of Consultant;
- You are able to independently perform implementations;
- You are able to act as a point of contact for various stakeholders;
- You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language.
- You have excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing;
- You have humor, drive, enthusiasm and creativity;
- You act in a result-oriented and customer-oriented manner;
- You have good analytical skills;
- You work systematically and have a practical attitude;
- You take your responsibility;
