It is important to look carefully at the desired service level of your organization. That way you are always assured of continuity in the support of the software you are using. This is an extension of Qexpertise’s standard services in the form of requested additional support, additional consultancy, project management and support services. All agreements made are recorded within the Service Level Agreement.
In consultation with the customer, it can be determined which activities are performed by Qexpertise.
