The Belgian software and technology company ESC enters the Dutch market with the acquisition of Qexpertise from Veenendaal. Qexpertise has 40 experts in ERP, CRM and business software. Both companies are important Microsoft and Exact partners in their region. After the addition of SDE at the end of 2021 and Net-IT at the end of last year, the group now has more than 265 technology specialists in business software, modern workplaces and e-business.
Qexpertise is an expert in all applications of Exact Software and with the help of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in combination with TRIMIT specialist in implementing organizations in the fashion and furniture industry. The 40 employees help medium-sized and large companies as well as semi-government organizations. Managing Director Pieter Jan Petermeijer will continue to manage Qexpertise and become a shareholder of ESC Holding.
